Founded by Dr. Nitin Mulgaonkar, who has 27 years of rich experience in the pharmaceutical industry including 20 years as a people manager, NMCACS caters to the medical and scientific needs of pharmaceutical companies both in India and abroad. Nitin brings significant experience in the Medical Affairs domain having worked in both MNC and local companies covering both India domestic market and adjoining countries and ex-India markets in both regional and country roles. Nitin brings in experience across multiple therapy areas (Oncology, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, IVF, Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, GI etc.). Nitin’s key attributes include Strong Communication & Influencing skills, Emphasis on People Development & Coaching and a Problem-solving attitude.

Nitin is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Career Planning Coach and a Certified Success Coach with the global Certified Coach Alliance.
